Superior Fulfillment, located on the shores of Lake Superior in Duluth, Minnesota, is the fulfillment arm of Advanstar Communications, Inc. We handle subscription fulfillment for Advanstar’s business-to-business publications as well as its Expositions and Marketing Services divisions.

In addition to our internal Advanstar clients, we also provide full-service fulfillment for twenty-seven external customer titles.

Our computer system allows unlimited demographic data storage and its complete reporting package supplies the paid or controlled analyses you need to help reach your publication’s goals. In addition, we use the latest OCR/OMR technology to scan, capture and store data files and images.

OUR ORGANIZATION IS DIVIDED INTO THREE WORK AREAS: Client Services, Order Processing, and Customer Service.

Each group has expertise in their particular field as well as excellent general knowledge of all areas within Superior Fulfillment. Our staff averages twelve years of fulfillment experience.
